#restaurant #visited ## Review Although Doña Evelia didn't invent *huevos motuleños* (the credit goes to an unnamed chef who made it for the governor of Yucatán, Felipe Carrillo Puerto, in the 1920s), she created her own version, and the restaurant she founded has enjoyed massive popularity as a breakfast or brunch destination for anyone visiting or passing through [[Motul]].
