## Background
Started in 2003 by Roberto Solis, one of the pioneers of *New Yucatecan Cuisine* (la nueva cocina yucateca). Solis is also the chef of [[Huniik]].
## Review
Our first (and thus far only) visit resulted in an average experience. Did their tasting menu for dinner which included their famous charcoal onions, but nothing really stood out. The main dish on the tasting menu was chicken breast which was good but did not have the weight we were looking for.
